Type: Fixed Term - 12 months, full time Work Pattern: Hybrid – minimum two days per week Location : Glasgow / hybrid The Role The Recruitment Advisor supports the UK Recruitment team by managing end-to-end recruitment for Global Business Services roles in Clyde & Co's Glasgow office. This includes partnering with hiring managers, sourcing and shortlisting candidates, conducting first-stage interviews, and advising on recruitment strategy. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment records, staying informed on market trends, and contributing to process improvements across the team. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to deliver effective and inclusive recruitment strategies for GBS roles. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job briefing, direct sourcing, shortlisting, inteviewing, and offer management. Use market mapping and direct sourcing to identify top talent. Advise stakeholders on recruitment best practice, hiring challenges, and talent availability. Conduct screening calls and own the candidate journey through to offer stage. Liaise with Recruitment Coordinators to ensure seamless interview scheduling and onboarding. Stay up to date on market trends and salary benchmarking to inform hiring decisions. Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS and recruitment trackers. Contribute to continuous improvement projects across the wider recruitment team.
