With a state-of-the-art facility and a portfolio of leading brands as our clients. To support this growth, we are seeking Print Plant Schedulers to join our Uckfield site and play a key role in keeping our production running smoothly.
As part of the Customer Experience team, you will work alongside our Account Managers, reporting directly to the Operations Director and collaborating closely with the Production team.
You'll be at the centre of operations, ensuring the right jobs reach the right machines at the right time, and that operators, managers, and account teams are always aligned on what's next.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of daily and weekly production schedules
across Litho, Digital, and Finishing.
* Use Tharstern MIS to plan,
balance, and adapt schedules to meet deadlines.
* Proactively
identify and address potential bottlenecks
before they impact workflow.
* Communicate effectively
across teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
About You:
You'll excel in this role if you:
* Bring experience in scheduling or print production planning.
* Stay calm under pressure and make confident, informed decisions when priorities compete.
* Have strong working knowledge of scheduling systems, spreadsheets, and data management.
* Enjoy problem-solving and take pride in finding smarter, more efficient solutions.
