Our client is looking for a friendly, organised, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their small but dynamic team in Cambuslang. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in a supportive office environment. This is an on going temp to perm position.
Location: Cambuslang
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Salary: £12.50 - £13.00 per hour (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring an organised and efficient work space
* Process sales orders, issue invoices, and monitor stock levels
* Dispatch products and maintain accurate records
* Handle incoming calls professionally and provide excellent customer service
* Assist with general clerical duties such as filing, typing, and organising documents
Skills & Experience:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent typing and data entry skills
* Ability to prioritise a changing workload and use initiative
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
* Previous office experience is desirable but not essential - training will be provided
