Role Overview: The E-commerce Operations Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the daily operations at Esska Shoes. Reporting directly to the Joint Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing various operational tasks, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards across all functions.
