Purpose of the Role

This is an exciting time for the agency and due to business growth, we are looking for an established Senior Account Manager to join the client servicing team to work on a selection of great accounts within the purpose sector.

Working closely with the Account Director you will be an integral part of the team. Being responsible for fostering trust and helping to build agency credibility with key client stakeholders through exceptional client handling.

You will play a key role in supporting the team to deliver great creative work, writing clear briefs, and providing a considered point of view when reviewing work and sharing with clients.

* A natural client manager, who will be an ambassador for 23red, articulating the agency’s history, philosophy, and approach to clients while seeking new and exciting opportunities for the agency.
* Support the delivery of large-scale integrated campaigns.
* An established project manager, who is highly organized, task driven and brilliant at imparting knowledge across the agency.
* Central to all activity on your clients, you will also help ensure the wider team are kept up to date on developments.
* Commercially astute, always having an eye on the bigger picture to help identify new opportunities within your named clients.


What You Need to Be Successful in the Role

* Already be at Senior Account Manager level within a creative agency.
* Experience in supporting the delivery of large-scale integrated campaigns.
* Ideally you will have a track record of building partnerships, but if not and you have the aptitude, transferrable skills, and interest, we would still love to hear from you.
* You will also come with good communication, management, organisation, research, and numeracy skills alongside being adept at using MS Office programmes (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Paprika and the Contact databases.
* Having experience or an interest in purpose-led/behavioral change campaigns is a real plus.
