We're looking for a
Trainee Surveyor

What You'll Do
* Assist with quantity surveying tasks on residential developments
* Support site measures, drawing take-offs, and rate production
* Update key databases, licences, and cost records
* Help price client extras and produce reports
* Contribute to procurement, site admin, invoice processing, and material enquiries
* Ensure health & safety compliance, including Covid-19 protocols
What We're Looking For
* Full UK Driving Licence
* A-level education or equivalent
* A keen interest in surveying
* Strong communication, time management, and IT skills
* Willingness to learn and meet deadlines
* (Preferred) Knowledge of construction methods, contract law, and H&S standards
* (Preferred) Studying or completed a construction-related qualification
