Behaviour Mentor Role at an Outstanding Secondary School
We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join a highly regarded Ofsted outstanding secondary school in Westminster. The ideal candidate will understand how to support students with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs and will be part of a close-knit pastoral team making a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities:
1. Building positive relationships with pupils
2. Supporting behaviour plans and de-escalation strategies
3. Helping create a safe, structured environment
Required qualities include patience, empathy, and the ability to think quickly on your feet.

Pay rates are inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for the role to become permanent in the future.
