Senior Clinical Nurse Secondment Opportunity - Bridge Ward
We are offering an exciting secondment opportunity for a Senior Clinical Nurse on Bridge Ward.
This role is ideal for individuals committed to delivering excellent service user care within a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment. The position offers a wide range of skills development, encouraging you to become a dynamic, creative, and strong leader, capable of thinking on your feet, problem-solving, and managing challenging settings.
Working with Mersey Care, staff are encouraged to expand their knowledge through various development, leadership, and training courses.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the clinical team in delivering high standards of care by assisting with duties as directed by registered staff, aligned with individual care and treatment plans.
2. Demonstrate respectful and valuing attitudes towards patients, service users, and carers, ensuring they are central to care and treatment planning.
3. Work across various shift patterns, including early, late, long days, and night duties.
4. Promote and provide safe, quality patient care and support to families.
5. Collaborate within a team and autonomously when appropriate to ensure service delivery.
6. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, liaising with all agencies to promote safe and up-to-date practice.
