Overview Of Role

This 12-month fixed term contract role will be key to delivering the paid media strategy of our much-loved brands and inspiring everyone in the UK to bake for love.

The Performance Marketing Manager
owns the planning, execution and optimisation of paid and performance-led digital activity across The Silver Spoon Company portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, this role leads social-first media, performance and emerging commerce channels to drive measurable brand growth, traffic and sales.
Key Accountabilities
You will manage hands on end-to-end campaign delivery across paid social, commerce media (Criteo/Citrus), TikTok Shop and SEO, ensuring all activity is insight-led, commercially focused and aligned to brand and sales priorities. Delivering integrated, insight-led campaigns, SEO growth and robust analytics, while partnering cross-functionally to drive measurable commercial results and ensure full platform and compliance standards.

The Right Person
An experienced performance marketing specialist with a strong track record across paid digital channels, particularly social and commerce media. Confident managing campaigns end-to-end, from setup and optimisation through to budget management and delivery against clear performance targets. Highly analytical, with solid experience using GA4 and platform reporting tools to translate data into actionable insights and continuous improvement.
Commercially focused and results-driven, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with brand, content and sales stakeholders. Proactive, well organised and comfortable operating at pace, taking ownership of priorities and driving outcomes in a dynamic environment
