About you You'll bring: Proven experience as a Production Manager within food manufacturing Strong understanding of batch manufacturing processes Effective people leadership, including coaching and developing supervisors and teams Knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS and relevant food safety/quality standards Experience managing production KPIs and driving corrective actions Strong organisational and problem-solving ability Good communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production reporting systems, with ERP/manufacturing system experience Nice to Have Skills Experience within chilled, frozen or ambient food production environments IOSH or NEBOSH Health & Safety qualification Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement qualification Preferred Education and Experience Strong background in food manufacturing leadership, with significant Production Management experience and practical knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP/BRCGS).
