Experience and knowledge
Essential criteria
* Experience of using Microsoft Office
* Experience of working in an office
* Excellent typing skills equivalent to RSA stage 3
* Experience of working as part of a team
* attention to detail
* good standard of written English
* Relevant work experience gained in an office environment, preferably in healthcare
Desirable criteria
* Knowledge of medical terminology
* Clinical audit experience
* Experience of using Careflow system
* Experience of using Teleform scanning software
Qualifications
Essential criteria
* 3 A levels grades A to E or equivalent
