The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support students in small groups or individually, helping them access the curriculum and participate in class activities. Your role will be crucial in promoting the inclusion and emotional well-being of students, building their self-esteem and supporting their social development.

- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience supporting secondary-aged students with a range of SEN.
- Familiarity with therapeutic practices or interventions, such as speech and language support, zones of regulation, or restorative practices.
