The UK Contract Lead will report to the General Counsel BA Europe and dotted line to the Regional General Managers for Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) UK & Nordics. As a Contracts Lead, you will become a member of the regional leadership team and provide legal advice on all commercial matters in the region.

Job Responsibilities

* Review customer contract terms and conditions and make necessary amendments to align them with our terms and conditions policy and market practice.
* Participate as a key member of the negotiating team in contract discussions with customers and suppliers.
* Actively support the Cloud Connection strategy for our BA Service Business.
* Coordinate with other Honeywell functions to obtain input relative to their areas of expertise, consolidate and incorporate issues of concern into risk containment recommendations.
* Provide experienced advice and guidance to global and regional leadership/ various functions.
* Support Project Management and execution in any legal post-contract disputes.
* Support and function as a focal point for external law firms to manage litigations.
* Provide timely monthly reports of contract metrics and complex legal issues.
* Liaise with other contract managers and General Counsels throughout the Honeywell group.
