This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with at least one year of experience working in UK schools as a Cover Supervisor or HLTA.We offer flexible short-term roles that can lead to long-term placements for the right candidates. If you're looking for consistent school hours, varied environments, and the chance to build your career in education, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise whole classes during short-term teacher absencesDeliver pre-set lessons and ensure students remain on taskManage classroom behaviour in line with school policiesReport any issues or concerns to the appropriate school staffProvide brief feedback on student progress and engagementMaintain a calm and productive classroom environmentRequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience as a Cover Supervisor or HLTA in UK secondary schools (essential)Strong classroom management and communication skillsReliable, punctual, and adaptable to different school environmentsA proactive and professional attitudeEnhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred for punctuality and ease of travel between schoolsTypical Working Hours8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to FridayTerm-time onlyNo planning or marking requiredJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, TemporaryPay: £100.00-£130.00 per day (depending on experience)Location: Hatfield, Welwyn, and surrounding areasStart Date: OngoingAspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
