Description
We’re looking for a Regional Employer Brand & Digital Marketing Manager to shape how Concentrix attracts talent across Central & Eastern Europe. In this role, you will coordinate regional talent attraction and employer branding initiatives, strengthen our reputation as an employer, and connect people to meaningful career opportunities at scale.
You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, Digital Marketing, and Communications teams to activate our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) across multiple markets in CEE region.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational framework
* Implement a regional recruitment marketing strategy aligned with TA priorities, hiring forecasts, and sourcing plans
* Consolidate country-specific approaches (GR, RO, BG, PL, CZ/SK) into one strategic framework
* Prioritize markets based on business demand (GR & RO → BG, PL → CZ/SK)
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
* Oversee performance of all paid recruitment campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.)
* Translate TA requirements into clear, targeted attraction plans
* Manages Digital Marketing - platforms & resources (e.g. Social Media, Career webpages)
Employer Brand & Reputation Management
* Support EVP localization and employer brand rollout
* Ensure alignment with global EB strategy and employer positioning
* Strengthen employer reputation across platforms (Glassdoor, job portals, local review sites)
* Monitor sentiment, identify risk areas, and coordinate improvement actions with PS/Comms/TA
* Partner with Comms teams to align brand voice, cultural messaging, and employee advocacy
Partnerships & Community engagement
* Build and manage partnerships with universities, EU student networks (Erasmus, ESN, AIESEC), cultural institutes, and youth organizations.
* Coordinate participation in career fairs and talent events
* Develop talent communities around multilingual and digital skills
Reporting & Insights
* Ensure visibility into funnel performance at country and regional level
* Provide insights to TA Leads and leadership on campaign effectiveness and recommended improvements
* Maintain market insights and talent pool intelligence
What you bring:
* 5+ years of experience in employer branding, talent marketing, digital marketing, or communications
* Strong exposure to employer brand activation, reputation management, or digital attraction campaigns
* Experience working cross-functionally with TA, Marketing, or Digital teams.
* Data-driven mindset and familiarity with paid digital channels.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
* Fluent English + native in one of CEE language
