Aramco Trading Limited (ATL) was incorporated in London in 2019. ATL carryout energy trading activities, in particular the trading, by way of procurement and sale of refined products, crude oil, specialty petroleum products and chemicals. In addition to physical trading, ATL also engage in a wide variety of activities including shipping, chartering, storage and trading of financial derivatives. The company has a widely diverse employee base with expertise in all aspects of the oil trading market. The rapidly expanding London team compliments our global network and provides constant coverage across all time zones.
Job purpose:
The role will report directly to the Managing Director whilst assisting them in various capacities. The Managing Director Office Manager will work closely with management to shape ATL’s long-term and short-term plans, whilst aligning strategic goals with ATC. The candidate must have strong communication skills with experience acting as a primary point of contact with shareholders, preparing presentational materials and addressing corporate inquiries from stakeholders. The candidate will have the capability to work with the Managing Director and the company’s management team to develop the annual business plans and KPIs, measuring company and individual performance, ensuring alignment with the wider group.
Job Duties Include but Not Limited To:
* Work closely with the Managing Director, advising on corporate matters and crafting presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
* Drive the development of ATL key performance indicators (KPIs), while also monitoring, tracking, and reporting corporate and business unit performance.
* Facilitate the communication and dissemination of the company's strategic targets and plans, fostering alignment and understanding across all organisational levels.
* Provide strategic guidance and consultation on all aspects of talent management. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and implement talent strategies.
* Coach managers on setting performance goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations. Analyse data to provide insights for performance improvement for employees.
* Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts provide insights for cost optimization and revenue generation.
* Developing reports and presentations to the Board of directors.
Professional Experience Required
* Bachelor’s degree is Business-related subject
* Professional experience in similar roles
* Proficient in developing presentations and presenting to senior management
* Industry knowledge and understanding of trading commodity industry
