An established and growing recruitment agency based in South East Wales is looking for a Business Development Manager to help drive new business and client acquisition across the Manufacturing and Commercial sectors in South Wales & Bristol
This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of the BD function with strong support from a collaborative delivery team and an approachable Direct
Pure new business focus – once terms are signed, move on to the next!
Sell temp and perm recruitment solutions across commercial and manufacturing markets.
You will be doing client visits, calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach – the full BD mix.
Clear path to grow into Sales Director, with future plans to build a BD team underneath you.
A true BD hunter – someone who thrives on winning new clients face-to-face and over the phone. Proven experience of winning new clients and promoting a brand.
Experience in temp recruitment is a strong advantage. (Full, clean driving license.
Hybrid working : typically Tues & Thurs in the office
