Join our Bury St Edmunds branch as a Lettings Negotiator, where you’ll use your industry knowledge to drive results and deliver a standout service to both landlords and tenants. From conducting high-quality property viewings to negotiating deals and progressing tenancies, you’ll be at the heart of the rental journey.
You will play an important role in generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of the haart brand within the Bury St Edmunds community.
We will support you with continuous training, clear career progression pathways, and a competitive uncapped commission structure—alongside a collaborative, motivated team environment where your success is recognised and rewarded.
What you’ll receive:
* £40,0000 OTE per year
* Uncapped commission
* Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

What you will do:
* Market properties to potential tenants
* Arrange and conduct property viewings
* Negotiate offers
* Agree new tenancies
* Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
* Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor

Requirements:
* Full UK Driving Licence required
* Must have access to a vehicle for a manual or automatic car
