As an Organisational Development & Diversity Assistant, you’ll provide professional administrative support within education. From handling employee lifecycle processes to supporting equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) initiatives, you’ll help ensure smooth operations and make a real difference across the organisation.
Responsibilities
* Administering inductions, probation and performance review processes
* Supporting staff development requests and maintaining CPD records
* Collecting and presenting equality and diversity data
* Arranging meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and keeping accurate records
* Handling enquiries and providing advice across the organisation
Qualifications / Skills
* Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
* Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* A flexible, proactive approach with the ability to work well in a team
* High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Role Details
This is a temporary part-time role within education, based in Wrexham, working 26 hours per week. The position is offered at £13.50 per hour, with an immediate start and running until 28th November 2025 initially.
