We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a £6 million groundworks package in Oxfordshire.
The ideal candidate will be confident managing both the technical and operational aspects of the site while maintaining strong communication with the client.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver a complex groundworks package to programme and budget
Manage site operations across both phases of the project
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure HSEQ standards are met at all times
Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and stakeholders
Provide regular reporting and updates using appropriate software
Ideal candidate:
Previous experience in Project Management (on commercial groundworks project)
Background as a Site / Senior Engineer
Experience delivering groundworks or civil engineering packages
Computer literate - proficient in MS Project, Excel and other relevant tool
Able to manage subcontractors and co-ordinate multiple teams
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
Comfortable in a client-facing role
Qualifications:
Degree or HNC in civil engineering (preferred)
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential)
