We’re working with specialist SEND provisions across North Bristol looking for experienced support staff who can bring calm, consistency, and confidence to the classroom.
The Role
* Support pupils with complex needs, including autism and SEMH
* Assist with behaviour management and de-escalation
* Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
* Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Ideal Candidate
* Previous SEND or care experience
* Resilient, patient, and empathetic
* Confident handling challenging behaviour

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
