They are searching for a contracts specialist to join their team as a Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management) in Warrington. Your New Role
As a Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management), you will support clients by drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts, providing general support to the contracts management and in-house legal teams. If you are a team player, capable of collaborating and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, and possess a result-driven, energetic, confident, curious, and engaging personality, then this role is ideal for you.
Responsibilities
* Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
* Work closely with clients’ in-house legal teams on international deals, bids, procurement, marketing, professional services, media, technology, or consumer matters.
* Contribute to service delivery and compliance with client commitments.
* Manage active caseloads efficiently.
* Follow all delivery processes and update company and client systems accurately.
* Assist in developing contract templates, playbooks, and tools for team use.
* Participate in continuous service improvement initiatives.
What You Need To Succeed
* Law Degree and/or legal qualification.
* Legally eligible to work in the role’s country.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts within a law firm, ALSP, or in-house legal team.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Client-facing experience.
* Good commercial awareness and familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Word.

Desirable
* Experience with telecommunications, financial services, or professional services firms, especially in contracting.
* In-house legal experience.
