We are currently looking for an ongoing temp Administrator to join a Property company based in the City. This is a hybrid role working 9-5.30 and is paying £15 hour. Clear Administration experience ideally in property is essential.
Booking Landlords Gas Safety Certificates, Domestic Electrical Installation Reports
Liasing with tenants and contractors to this end.
Ensuring that certification is correct and is saved electronically
Booking and ensuring that remedial works identified are undertaken in the fastest possible timescales, logging and closing actions.
Liaising with property managers to keep them informed of current position.
Informing local councils of completed electrical works
