£90 – £100 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

A friendly and inclusive primary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming team and make a real difference every day.
You’ll work closely with the SENCo and class teacher to tailor learning experiences, nurture confidence, and help your pupil thrive both academically and emotionally.
Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with additional learning or behavioural needs
• Adapt classroom activities and resources to match the pupil’s learning style
• Foster positive relationships and promote engagement in learning
• Support emotional regulation and communication skills
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals
Requirements:
• Experience supporting children with SEN (e.g. Autism, ADHD, SEMH)
• A caring, patient, and resilient nature
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for helping children succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
