This role sits within the EMS Business Unit and plays a critical part in delivering enterprise mobility and device management (EMM/MDM) solutions, particularly for public sector and enterprise clients. You'll be responsible for managing the full customer lifecycle, from technical onboarding and solution design through to commercial upsell and renewals.
