Collaborate closely with the production team to install, inspect, and test electrical equipment, containment, and cabling, ensuring installations meet high standards and timelines. Uphold safety standards by conducting audits, leading safety group meetings, and ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and employment legislation. Drive a culture of quality, ensuring all work aligns with ISO 9001 standards and technical specifications while staying current with the 18th Edition and electrical testing requirements. Efficiently manage resources to complete projects safely, on time, and within budget. Identify and address potential issues, proactively maintaining safety, quality, and installation efficiency. What We’re Looking For: Experience : Strong background in electrical installations, ideally in commercial or industrial settings. Qualifications : 18th Edition Electrical Qualification (or 17th Edition Installation Certificate) or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations. Leadership : Previous supervisory experience or the ambition and skills to take the next step into a leadership role. Flexibility : Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed to meet project deadlines.
