SEN Teaching Assistant
We are on the lookout for a SEN Teaching Assistant with a patient, steady and creative approach to learning.
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience of supporting children with SEN
* A patient, caring and reliable approach to learning
* Confidence to support pupils on a 1:1 basis and small group activities
* Commitment to inclusion and equality
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting pupils during lessons and activities
* Encouraging confidence, communication and independence
* Collaborating with teachers
* Monitoring and tracking progress
* Supporting the teacher in building a calm, positive and inclusive learning environment
