Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Audiology Administrator to join our friendly audiology team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide audiology care to adults and children. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in all Microsoft applications. This position is full‑time and offers a varied workload that adapts to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with departmental and Trust guidelines, national policies and procedures, identify issues and act accordingly.
2. Monitor, manage and maintain effective processes within the area of responsibility, resolving issues as appropriate.
3. Deal with all contact – in person, on the telephone or in writing – with clients in a professional manner, ensuring relevant standards are met.
4. Undertake reception duties including booking clients in, answering telephone queries, issuing hearing‑aid consumables and updating client records.
5. Liaise and communicate effectively at all levels using written, oral and electronic media; use tact and persuasion to handle sensitive issues, especially with clients who have hearing loss, maintaining a compassionate environment.
* Typing of clinical reports to be attached to the client’s record in Auditdata (EPR).
* Maintain high‑quality standards by ensuring all data entered into Trust systems (EPR, Choose & Book, Auditdata) is accurate, complete and up‑to‑date.
* Receive requests for building or amending clinics from lead clinicians and act within standards and agreed clinic rules.
