As a QHSE Administrator, you will:
Play a key role in supporting the administration of our Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental Management Systems. You'll help ensure compliance, maintain accurate records, and support the wider business with training, audits, and documentation. Your work will directly contribute to a safe, efficient, and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the administration of QHSE systems by accurately inputting data and maintaining documentation using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Assist with nonconformance investigations and corrective actions, including liaising with department managers.
* Organise and deliver health and safety training for employees and contractors, maintaining records and monitoring renewal dates.
* Conduct regular audits of the workplace, equipment, and processes, and present findings at H&S Committee meetings.
* Maintain monthly records such as fuel logs, vehicle inspections, racking checks, and first aid box audits.
* Help compile and update internal documentation and training records.
* Engage with external suppliers and training providers in a professional and positive manner.
* Raise purchase requisitions via SAP and manage uniform & PPE ordering and distribution.
* Provide general administrative support to other business teams as required.
Skills & Experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP experience is a plus.
* Previous exposure to ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001 systems is desirable.
* IOSH Managing Safely or similar H&S qualification (preferred but not essential as training can be provided).
* A flexible, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
Working Hours
* 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday over 4.5 days.
