Senior CRM Executive
Up to £33,000 + bonus
Hybrid – Blackburn (3 days per week)
Our client, a luxury retail brand, is looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join their growing CRM team.
This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering CRM strategy across multiple channels, with a strong focus on lifecycle marketing and automation.
Responsibilities:
* Drive CRM strategy across email, direct mail, and SMS channels
* Lead the development of lifecycle and automated customer journeys
* Build campaigns from the ground up, from concept through to delivery
* Own end-to-end campaign management across all CRM channels
* Manage direct mail campaigns, ensuring timely and effective execution
Skills & experience:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in CRM or marketing
* Strong campaign development and delivery experience
* Hands-on experience running direct mail campaigns
