Prepare detailed reports and presentations for council meetings and decision-making processes. Person Specifications Must Have Proven experience in property surveying or a related field. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Familiarity with property regulations and compliance requirements. Nice to Have Experience working within a council or public sector environment. Knowledge of sustainable property management practices. Certification in property surveying or related qualifications.
