Production Operator
East Kent
We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operator to join a busy and well-established manufacturer in East Kent. This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week on a seven-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.

The role
You will be responsible for the daily coordination of manufacturing activities. This includes setting up, operating, controlling, monitoring, and cleaning a range of process equipment to ensure high-quality finished goods. You'll also maintain GMP standards, complete production documentation accurately, manage stock levels, and carry out planned maintenance and troubleshooting.
About you
* Previous manufacturing or production experience
* Experience in a regulated environment
* Knowledge of GMP
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Good communication skills
* Proactive and flexible approach
