Sales Support Executive Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Sales Support Executive on behalf of a leading supplier of workwear and PPE. The Sales Support Executive will be the main administrative support for the Sales team and help speed up the sales process and the customer's journey. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Sales team, maximising their productivity and their ability to sell. Gather and maintain up to date information about target accounts and sectors in which the company operates. Provide the data sets of prospects in outbound email campaigns. Processing sales orders. Liaising with customers regarding accounts & deliveries. Telephone and email enquiries. Any other duties role may involve. Person Specification: Commercial experience, preferably in an Administrative or Sales Support role Some experience in the use of a CRM system Previous experience of handling inbound calls for transfer to colleagues Ability to research information from websites Excellent communication skills Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Professional and courteous phone manner Strong multi-tasking ability The Rewards The successful Sales Support Executive will enjoy a competitive salary circa £30,000 depending on experience.
