Hard FM Supervisor (M&E) – Experienced
This role involves overseeing the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across a varied property portfolio, ensuring safe and timely completion within budget and compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee delivery of Hard FM (M&E) maintenance through contractors and supply chain partners
* Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works to meet deadlines
* Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
* Provide technical advice on building services across various sites
* Support capital projects, minor works, and improvement programmes
* Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and energy efficiency standards
* Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
* Manage budgets and align works with organisational objectives
* Maintain accurate records and performance data within FM systems
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in Hard FM or building services (M&E)
* Experience managing contractors and maintenance programmes
* Good knowledge of building compliance, health & safety, and regulations
* Experience working to budgets and delivering projects on time
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and FM systems
* Relevant HND/Degree in Building Services, FM, or similar (desirable)
