The Transformation Team is looking to recruit a Project Support Officer to support the delivery of its transformation programmes and projects as part of the transformation portfolio spanning continuous quality improvement, innovation, and digital change aligned through the Project Delivery System of the Trust's Continuous Improvement approach, Improving Together.
We are particularly keen to hear from applicants with a keen interest in pursuing a career in project management. This role offers an exciting entry into this professional field. You will have the opportunity to work directly with a team of qualified project managers, and access to a project management apprenticeship may also be possible.

Person Specification - Shortlisting criteria
Essential:
* One year's experience of working in a public sector or large organisation, project or programme environment
* Educated to diploma level or equivalent experience
* Good awareness of a recognised project management methodology
* In-depth knowledge of assurance procedures, committees, boards
* Proven track record of minuting meetings, note-taking, administrative duties & using initiative
Desirable:
* Continuous & Quality improvement experience
* Project management qualifications
* Experience of process mapping & scoping requirements
