CACI are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Network Architect to work on a number of projects in London & the Home Counties.
Responsible for design, development Network and Network Security solutions for external clients for their business needs including technology, service delivery and commercial aspects. Serves as a Network technical expert on solution design, development, and implementation requirements to address business needs.
Utilising your extensive networking knowledge (Data Centres/Campus/WAN) and proven track-record of working on global networks, you will become a crucial part of key deliverables and projects.
Key responsibilities:
* Consultancy experience such as, proposing solutions to clients, pre-sales, assisting with RFP & Bid work
* Architect and Design Enterprise Network Solutions (LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Cloud)
* Act as design authority on complex client engagements
* Produce high-quality architecture documentation and network designs
* Advise clients on best practices, technologies, and roadmaps
* Support and mentor engineers within project teams
What we're looking for:
* ITT/RFP Solution Support
* Stakeholder Engagement: Synthesise information from a variety of sources into a clear high-level management overview. Communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels, enabling them to make informed decisions.
* Technology Consultancy: Engage with business stakeholders and end users to identify issues and present high-level solutions with recommendations to management. Clear and professional written communication pitched appropriately to business or technical stakeholders is essential. Once a solution has been selected, produce or oversee the creation of high- and low-level designs to support delivery.
* CCIE (or CCIE-level equivalent) certification and experience
* Strong background in enterprise and service-provider networking
* Proven consultancy experience working directly with customers
* Expertise in routing, switching, Firewalls, and network security
* Experience with cloud and hybrid networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
