Overview
Contract support officer, £16.95ph PAYE - Reference:5277341
This role is a hybrid role with the team coming together in Wareham and Weymouth, so being located in or close to Dorset will be important.
Successful candidates will be drivers and have access to a vehicle for work purposes to ensure they can meet with the team.
They will need an understanding of Property Services/Safety or Asset Management related contracts, and an awareness of KPIs and cost models.
They should be self-sufficient, able to roll up their sleeves and get the job done, with team members available for support and guidance when needed.
They should have the ability to interrogate, manipulate and interpret data and produce clear and accurate reporting based on a range of requirements; previous experience working with and interpreting technical data is highly desirable. They should be confident in spotting inconsistencies and will use available resources to check data when it might look out of line.
Responsibilities
* Support contract administration within Property Services/Safety or Asset Management-related contracts.
* Interrogate, manipulate and interpret data; produce clear, accurate reporting.
* Identify and investigate inconsistencies in data and verify information using available resources.
* Collaborate with team members in Wareham and Weymouth to meet objectives.
Qualifications
* Hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
* Understanding of KPIs and cost models related to property/asset management contracts.
* Experience with technical data interpretation is highly desirable.
