Working Pattern:
6. Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Day-to-Day
Your typical day will involve:
7. Conducting energy assessments and calculations for various projects.
8. Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to deliver sustainable design solutions.
9. Managing your workload to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction.
10. Attending virtual meetings with design teams and providing expert advice.
11. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring the timely delivery of reports.

Responsibilities
As an OCDEA, your key responsibilities will include:
16. Undertaking SAP and SBEM assessments and calculations.
17. Providing sustainable design advice to clients.
18. Producing Energy Statements for Planning.
19. Liaising with clients, planning departments, and building control.
20. Offering technical advice and support to clients.
21. Attending design team meetings to provide energy efficiency expertise.
Administrative Duties:
22. Maintaining the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and quality.
23. Organising assessment workloads to ensure timely delivery of reports and results to clients.
24. Responding to emails and phone enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
25. Ensuring all reports are sent to clients without delay.
26. Handling tasks promptly to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:
27. HNC / HND qualification.
28. SAP and SBEM qualifications (training can be provided if you do not hold both).
29. Experience with Google SketchUp is desirable.
30. A full driving licence is required.
