The Role
The role involves managing and supporting the conveyancing process, including:
* Preparing and issuing sale contract packs
* Managing the exchange of contracts and related documentation
* Preparing and submitting SDLT returns
* Handling Land Registry applications and post-completion matters
* Liaising with clients, Solicitors, and other third parties
* Providing support to the wider team with administrative and legal tasks as required
Skills Required
* Previous experience in residential conveyancing
* Strong knowledge of the full conveyancing process
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Motivated, proactive, and professional approach
