FM Search & Select are working with a growing business within the domestic and commercial property sector who are looking to recruit a Reactive Maintenance Coordinator to join their team in Paisley.
This is a fast-paced and varied role, ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities.
The Role
You will be responsible for coordinating reactive maintenance works, ensuring jobs are logged, scheduled and completed efficiently across a range of properties.
Key Responsibilities

Managing and coordinating reactive maintenance requests
*
Scheduling engineers and subcontractors to attend jobs
*
Prioritising workload based on urgency and client requirements
*
Liaising with tenants, clients and engineers to ensure smooth delivery of works
*
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate job records
*
Monitoring job progress and ensuring timely completion
*
Handling incoming calls and maintenance queries
*
Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
Requirements
*
Previous experience in a maintenance coordination, scheduling or helpdesk role (FM/property experience preferred)
*
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
*
Confident decision-maker in a fast-paced environment
*
Strong attention to detail
*
Excellent communication and customer service skills
*
Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently
