The role Assisting and working closely with senior team members on a varied family caseload Exposure to mid to high-net-worth financial remedy work, alongside children matters and cohabitation/TOLATA disputes Supporting on and progressing matters including pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation arrangements Drafting, reviewing and analysing a wide range of legal documentation Advising clients clearly and sensitively, ensuring they feel supported throughout what are often difficult circumstances Identifying legal risks, analysing issues and contributing to effective, practical solutions Handling client queries and correspondence in a proactive and timely manner Undertaking legal research where required Supporting business development initiatives and helping to grow the team’s presence in the market Assisting in the supervision and development of junior colleagues Ever wanted to work on more complex, high-value family matters but not quite had the exposure yet?
