Job summary
Reporting to the Clinical procurement Business Partner, the Clinical and Agency Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting all Medical and clinical roles within the HUC footprint while managing agency engagement and logistics.
This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Recruiter with a focus on Clinical recruitment and talent Acquisition to join a fast-paced in-house Recruitment Team to promote their dynamic Recruitment strategy which is aligned with HUC values, business plans and employer branding.
Main duties of the job
1. Working with the Commercial team and Clinical Procurement Business Partner, support the maintenance of a live HUC rate card.
2. Ensuring that agencies are contacted for the relevant shifts in line with the Request to Recruit forms.
3. Managing Clinical Recruitment Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Emergency Nurse Practitioners, General practitioners, Medics, Practice Nurse and Pharmacists in line with the Request to recruit forms.
4. Proactively monitor recruitment marketplace to ensure HUC is well placed to attract top talent.
