Job Description:
German-Speaking Salesforce Business Analyst – Up to £80k – Remote
We're partnering with an innovative company undergoing a major transformation, and they’re looking for a German-speaking Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to shape a greenfield Salesforce project from the ground up.
While the company has offices in the Midlands, this role is fully remote, offering flexibility and a supportive work environment. The team is small, collaborative, and values personal growth and development. You’ll be part of projects that are not only transformative for the business but also rich in learning opportunities.
Your Role:
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the UK and DACH regions, gathering requirements, translating them into user stories, and supporting the delivery of Salesforce solutions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
* Translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
* Support the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
* Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
* Ensure alignment between business goals and Salesforce capabilities.
* Communicate effectively in both German and English with international teams.
Ideal Candidate:
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working in agile environments is a plus
