Working hours for the Lettings Accounts Administrator are:
1. 9.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday

As a Lettings Accounts Administrator, your role will involve:
8. Proactively managing rent arrears, including regular follow-ups with tenants to ensure timely payment.
9. Chasing unpaid invoices from both landlords and tenants.
10. Generating period statements for landlords for tax returns.
11. Communicating frequently with Property Managers and the accounts team.
12. Adjusting rent due dates by calculating revised payment amounts and updating internal systems to reflect new billing schedules.
To be considered for the Lettings Accounts Administrator role you must have:
13. Ideally previous knowledge of the Lettings Industry is desired but for the right candidate this is not essential.
