We are seeking a talented and experienced trainer/instructor to deliver a professional training program on Interior Design in the Hospitality Industry in London, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in interior design, hospitality operations, and project management, with the ability to engage professionals through dynamic, real-world learning experiences.
This course focuses on the strategic integration of interior design principles to enhance guest experience, operational efficiency, and brand identity in hospitality environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver comprehensive training sessions on hospitality interior design, covering topics such as space planning, project management, sustainability, and revenue-oriented design strategies.
* Develop and adapt course materials, visual presentations, and case studies in line with international standards and CPD-accredited requirements.
* Guide participants through practical exercises, including space planning simulations, layout optimization, and design project management scenarios.
* Demonstrate how design decisions impact guest experience, operational flow, and profitability in hospitality settings.
* Provide expert insight into current industry trends, sustainable design practices, and smart technologies in hospitality environments.
* Facilitate collaborative discussions and group activities that connect creative design choices with business outcomes.
* Evaluate participant progress and ensure that learning outcomes are effectively achieved.
* Collaborate with the program coordination team to align content with participant backgrounds and industry expectations.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a trainer, consultant, or practitioner in interior design, architecture, or hospitality management.
* Strong understanding of hospitality operations, spatial planning, project management, and sustainable design.
* Proficiency with design and planning tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar visualization software.
* Relevant qualifications in Interior Design, Architecture, Hospitality Management, or related disciplines.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with a focus on practical, industry-based learning.
* Ability to deliver interactive and visually engaging sessions supported by case studies and real-world examples.
* Based in London, UK.
* Fluency in English.
Requirements
Proven experience as a trainer, instructor, or consultant in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science. Strong technical proficiency in Power BI, Excel (including Pivot Tables, Macros, and advanced formulas), and statistical analysis tools. Solid understanding of data modeling, benchmarking, forecasting, and visualization principles. Relevant academic qualifications in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to create an interactive, practical, and results-oriented learning environment. Based in Rome, Italy, or available to travel for the duration of the training. Multilingual ability (English and Italian) is preferred.
