About the role
This is an exciting time to join us as we continue to grow and develop our Commercial Team. In this newly created role you’ll lead on the development of a strategic approach to contract management and provide exceptional leadership to a team who are engaged in critical, high risk commercial activity.
About you
Educated to degree level, you’ll possess the following experience, skills and attributes:
* Proven experience of leading a successful team;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Demonstrable experience in developing contracts and undertaking complex negotiations with suppliers;
* The ability to establish strong relationships across multiple organisations at all levels; and
* Experience of managing and implementing change.
A Charted Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) professional qualification is desirable, but not essential to undertake this role.
