Having established a number of propositions and a cloud migration solution, they have developed a strong reputation of working in a bespoke manner with clients across multiple sectors. Reporting to the Global Sales Director this is a high profile and challenging opportunity for a forward thinking and innovative sales leader.
You will take ownership of an established portfolio of SME and Mid-cap clients, own the development of sales engagement plans and strategy for the business whilst identifying opportunities to ensure relationships are maximised to their full potential.
You will lead an established and high performing team to develop existing relationships with clients, to expand opportunities to sell and cross-sell for the business. The role requires someone who is adept at working in a numbers-led environment. You will have complete autonomy to develop long-term and short-term sales initiatives and programmes to achieve the overall organisational strategic plan.
This high-profile role demands someone who is commercially focused and a true strategic thinker able to drive and deliver sales and account management strategy and agenda. Coupled with a demonstrable track record of achieving stretch sales targets you will have a proven track record of dealing with clients. Taking full responsibility for deals, accountability will be second nature to you and you will be an exceptional commercial thinker and negotiator, with innate leadership abilities and an extremely high level of imagination.
