Our client is currently looking for a Customer Collections Representative to join their busy team in Shipley, West Yorkshire!
As a Customer Collections Representative, you will be the heart of our operations, ensuring that overdue debt is minimised and customer payments are processed promptly. You will support both vulnerable and non-vulnerable customers by identifying tailored arrears solutions and fostering effective relationships with clients and colleagues. Your role will involve managing a list of designated sites, negotiating payment arrangements, issuing Aged Debt Reports, and providing crucial support to the Billing/Customer Services team. Adhering to company standards in all communication and interactions is key to your success in this role.
Hours of Work: Full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible hybrid working options.
Customer Collections Representative Requirements:
* Excellent communication and writing skills.
* Strong ability to listen and display empathy towards customers.
* Experience in credit control and/or debt recovery is preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and navigating social media platforms.
* A proactive attitude with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
