Life as a Covernet QA As a QA Analyst, you'll work with project team members to: Participate in requirements analysis to allow for Quality Assurance time estimations for software development projects. Create Test Plans independently comprising test cases/scripts/sample data based on project requirements. Set up and execute tests on developed software and record evidence. Raise defects with appropriate level of detail. Perform security vulnerability testing of developed software. Participate in post-project reviews. You'll be educated to at least higher level in a Computing related discipline with a 2:1 or equivalent and be able to show the knowledge and experience needed to carry out software testing effectively in this role. You'll also be: A confident communicator. A critical thinker. An effective and enthusiastic team player. Self-motivated and eager to learn more. Methodical and logical in your approach. Organised and have an eye for detail. We'd also be interested to hear about any other relevant work experience too, especially in testing financial software, and in particular insurance.
