Commercial Property Solicitor, NQ-3 Years PQE, Cornwall, £37,000+ (DOE) – We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive join a highly regarded Property Development team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, build your own caseload, and contribute to an experienced and supportive team handling high-quality commercial property work. JOB REF:0906.

\nTHE ROLE:
\n• Assist with and manage a varied caseload of commercial property development matters
\n• Deliver high-quality technical legal advice with exceptional client service
\n• Build strong relationships with existing clients and support new business opportunities
\n• Work collaboratively within a close-knit team that encourages personal and professional growth
\n• Play an active role in business development initiatives to raise your and the team’s profile
\n• Travel between offices will be required

\nSKILLS REQUIRED:
\n• Applications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executive with up to 3 Years PQE in property law
\n• Experienced in handling property transactions
\n• Client-focused, commercially aware, and committed to delivering excellent service
\n• Confident, motivated, and eager to contribute to a thriving team
\n• Open to learning and mentoring, with a collaborative mindset
